Fitness Training (ONLINE)

Meet with me from anywhere in the world. You will access your video-led program which we will set up together, through my app. Equipment or none, gym or home, high impact or low, there’s a workout for you. Plus, you can ask me questions at any time, and I will be tracking your progress.

Youth Sports Nutrition

Proper nutrition is crucial for young athletes as it provides the fuel needed for growth, development, and optimal performance. When to eat protein and carbs before and after competition and training is just as important.

We’ll set up a nutrition and meal plan based upon sport and food preferences.

Price includes both nutrition plan and meal plan for one month, plus weekly check ins from me to make sure you’re on track.

Here’s a 28-day program to achieve the max amount of progress towards your fitness goals. It’s a progressive workout program, meaning each week provides more of a workload.

Effort and consistency for 5 discipline days for 4 weeks. Those days consist of strength training (bodyweight), conditioning (no equipment needed) and proper hydration.
