Hi I’m Audra!

I am a Personal Trainer, Nutritionist and Yoga Instructor with a B.S. in Business and a minor in Health Sciences. I’m also a best selling author and contributing author for OM Yoga Magazine. I’ve been helping clients successfully reach their fitness goals for over 10 years and I believe exercise fosters the mind as well as the body.

How do I do this?

  1. Strength Training: By incorporating a quick yet effective strength training program into your daily routine, you’ll not only burn more calories but also look and feel more toned, all without requiring you to take too much time out of your already busy schedule.

    Stretching: Incorporating a few minutes of stretching each day can significantly help prevent or lessen the discomfort of sore muscles. Engaging in slow, mindful movements fosters a deeper connection between the mind and body, promoting relaxation and reducing life’s various stresses while also helping you wind down and prepare for a restful night.

    Nutrition: Fueling your body with nutrient-rich foods sets you up with a sustainable source of natural energy, allowing you to power through your tasks and challenges throughout the day with greater ease and vitality.
